Founded in 2001, we're currently the #1 provider of Commercial Information Exchanges for real estate associations nationwide. Our CIE platform is being used to search and market commercial property in dozens of markets around the country. We also provide site selection technology for economic development groups, and offer a number of other tools for commercial real estate professionals.

Ronald D. Marten, CCIM
President and Chief Executive Officer
After beginning his career in the software industry in the 1970's, Ron has focused on Real Estate. For the past 25 years, he has owned and managed several real estate firms, partnerships and syndications specializing in commercial brokerage and acquisitions in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ron received his CCIM designation in 1981.
Paul Brockmeyer
Chief Technology Officer
Paul co-founded Catylist in 2001, and currently leads Product Development and Operations. He graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Diane Engardio
Vice President, Marketing & Research
Joining Catylist in 2005, Diane is responsible for the creation and implementation of the corporate marketing and communication strategies and programs. For the past 15 years, she was the Director of Marketing for the leading commercial brokerage firm in Michigan.
Nancy McKellar
Vice President, Regional Sales
Nancy was hired by Michigan's Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CBOR) in 2004 as the executive director of CPIX.net, a statewide CIE, which she helped establish. In 2006, she became the executive vice president for the statewide CBOR. She continues to retain these positions. Nancy is also responsible for all planning aspects of Synergy, Michigan's largest commercial real estate industry annual convention. Nancy speaks and trains nationally regarding establishing and growing CIEs and is approved by the state of Michigan to teach commercial real estate continuing education courses. Nancy joined Catylist in 2009.
Richard Maxson
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Richard worked in the REALTOR® organization for over 17 years. He served as Executive VP for a local association of REALTORS® in northeast Wisconsin, where he operated a four-board regional MLS prior to joining the National Association of REALTORS® in 1990.
Shon Bendrey
Vice President, CIE Operations
Shon has a strong financial background and brings several years of corporate experience and expertise to the Catylist team. Shon focuses his efforts on assisting new and existing commercial information exchange clients as they move through the adoption process.
Shane Hayes
Vice President, Sales
Shane brings over a decade of sales experience to our team. Joining Catylist in 2005, Shane specializes in servicing CIE and SiteLink clients.
Neal Marten
Vice President, Regional Sales
Neal joined Catylist in 2008, bringing 30 years of sales experience and enthusiasm to the team. Most recently, he was the National Director of Sales for an International Manufacturer with over 80 million dollars in worldwide revenue. Neal's efforts are focused on our clients throughout the Midwest Region.
Carol Atkins
National Cmail and Advertising Sales
Carol brings over 24 years of commercial real estate experience working in the areas of leasing, recruiting, advertising sales, directory publishing and marketing consulting. She specializes in online advertising, including our Cmail Email Marketing platform.
