Winchester earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by an MBA from the Wake Forest University School of Business. Winchester spent time working for Oracle, Nortel, and Earthlink and in the real estate industry, acting as a broker and corporate relocation manager for Coldwell Banker.
